Hey there, I’m Megan, a long-time yoga student and teacher dedicated to helping busy, burnt-out people find balance and stress relief through yoga. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, transforming my life from an overwhelmed 20-something into someone living with purpose and ease.

I offer no-nonsense, practical yoga that blends movement, mindfulness, mobility, and meditation to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility, and move through life’s challenges with ease. From grounding Hatha to energizing Vinyasa, calming Yin, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, my classes are designed to meet you where you are—without the spiritual fluff.
