SLOW FLOW

Find Space Within

In this class, we will flow through sun salutations and postures designed to slowly and gently settle the body and mind. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to leave you feeling centered and relaxed. All levels - beginners welcome!

DEEP STRETCH/RESTORATIVE YOGA

Surrender to Your Mat

This all levels class focuses on stretching the body and opening the mind through a relaxing series of poses. Perfect for beginners and those looking to increase flexibility!

MINDFUL VINYASA

Align and Let Go

In this class, we will move with the breath from pose to pose in a mindful rhythm. This class is great if you’re looking for a stronger, more movement-based practice. You can expect to flow between sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing and a strong focus on breath awareness. Appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.

HATHA

Relax and Renew

This class focuses on strengthening and balancing the body by gently practicing postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Full body relaxation is the goal as we move through standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers. This is great option for those new to yoga or those working on refining and/or holding postures. All levels - beginners welcome!
